That's just about as funky as you can be...

Well as you can see; I'm posting to a new blog. All comments, suggestions and (yes even) critisism is welcome... Except for from peg, cos she has no taste or understanding of the concept of lameness...

Also i'm 100% that at least 1 of you will have major difficulties with it... Because the new blogger seems to be extremely difficult to work with... and slight changes to the template cause things to just around all over the place... So while it looks right on my screen, I'm sure on some peoples resolution or just pc the text will overlap the JD image and/or the links will go somewhere else... maybe the JD image will jump on the title and title will try to break dance... Yes.. It has taken far too long to make this crappy page.

haha fuck... because i've replaced the title with an image the title on the browser window is an image tag.... yippee... I'll fix that soon. Maybe.

So what's happened since I last updated? Well it's not 3.21am. Though it is my friday morning blues post. And yes I am indeed hungry... Where was I?

Hmm i said last week i'd try to stay freinds with kasie, well I haven't seen her since. And only exchanged a couple of short messages. Though I blame her not myself. She did want me to go to hers to watch a movie on monday night. But I couldnt be bothered because why should I go to hers, she always told me to come to hers rather than coming here. Screw that. So I said she can come here cos I planned on watching a movie anyways and she didnt message back. Then I messaged her drunk on wednesday night just asking if she made it to the pub cos she usually goes on a wed but was starting a new job that week so probably wouldnt be out late on wed night. But still havent heard anything since monday night movie invite.

As for not sure about wether I want a relationship or not... I think that's was my drunk side coming out more than anything... Does anybody else when their drunk think that they are just SOOOOO cool... then wake up and go man what happened?? Oh yeh, I was pretty full of myself... Can be sometimes... Stupid alcohol.

The biggest thing that got me was that there is this chick from a little while back I'm sure she got mentioned on my blog somewhere but i couldnt figure out where. That i liked. You know how you see somebody and your like man, i wanna go up to her and talk to her but she is just gonna look at me and go wtf... Well a few weeks ago I did because i noticed she knew dave (vinnies/peg dave) and there was a little flirting here and there, you know me... But anyways last week when she left she insisted on giving me her number... saying something like "well are you ever gonna ask me for my number"... I think that was the highlight of this month lol. So I ended up meeting her at the beach the next day (got sunburnt) and exchanged far too many messages over the past week... especially over friday and saturday though.

She's really nice. I am so bad at this though... I mean how do you get somebody to like you... It's one thing to get people to like you when they only meet you breifly, but when you go somewhere like lunch and the movies (tomorrow) what do you do? I understand the act like yourself thing... But it's hard to act normal when you have to figure out things to say... So anyways, i'm sure you'll get an update on sunday or monday on that one.

Hmm still following last week comes to the entertainment section, which reminds me of another amusing anecdote, my right foot has mostly recovered from my toenail incident. However I tried my luck at skateboarding on tuesday... Seems I was unlucky. Twisted my ankle slightly, which has since recovered. But since I was stupid enough to try skateboarding in thongs i managed to graze a fair bit of skin off of my foot. That hasn't recovered and hurts like hell. Also, I wish i had pizza.

Uni results were released yesterday (or wed night via sms). And much to my surprise I passed astro... The subject I was sure I failed. Didn't waste any effort on the subject either.. got exactly a pass 50% on the dot... Kinda scary hey. Other marks were on the order of what i expected... maybe a smidgen higher considering how little effort I put in. Both physics' were distinctions but only just... 71 and 72 (70-80 is a distinction) Hopefully now that i've gotten the bad semester out of my system next semester will be a whole lot better... Thats all maths too. So I think it'll be less work :) maths dont do tons of assignments... And don't have to worry about all those freaking lab reports! BOOYA!!

I think i'll leave this post (which was going to be a short one) as is and go shower.

New Blog

This is Just a filler post so i can mess around with the template about it

The modern blog is a form of Citizen Media which evolved from the online diary, where people would keep a running account of their personal lives. Most such writers called themselves diarists, journalists, or journalers. A few called themselves escribitionists. The Open Pages webring included members of the online-journal community. Justin Hall, who began eleven years of personal blogging in 1994 while a student at Swarthmore College, is generally recognized as one of the earliest bloggers.[2]
Other forms of journals kept online also existed. A notable example was game programmer John Carmack's widely read journal, published via the finger protocol. Websites, including both corporate sites and personal homepages, had and still often have "What's New" or "News" sections, often on the index page and sorted by date. One example of a news based "weblog" is the "Drudge Report" founded by the self styled maverick reporter Matt Drudge, though apparently Drudge dislikes this classification. Another is the Institute for Public Accuracy which began posting news releases featuring several news-pegged one-paragraph quotes several time a week beginning in 1998. One noteworthy early precursor to a blog was the tongue-in-cheek personal website that was frequently updated by Usenet legend Kibo.
Early weblogs were simply manually updated components of common websites. However, the evolution of tools to facilitate the production and maintenance of web articles posted in said chronological fashion made the publishing process feasible to a much larger, less technical, population. Ultimately, this resulted in the distinct class of online publishing that produces blogs we recognize today. For instance, the use of some sort of browser-based software is now a typical aspect of "blogging". Blogs can be hosted by dedicated blog hosting services, or they can be run using blog software, such as WordPress, blogger or LiveJournal, or on regular web hosting services, such as DreamHost.
The term "weblog" was coined by Jorn Barger on 17 December 1997. The short form, "blog," was coined by Peter Merholz, who jokingly broke the word weblog into the phrase we blog in the sidebar of his blog Peterme.com in April or May of 1999.[3][4][5] This was quickly adopted as both a noun and verb ("to blog," meaning "to edit one's weblog or to post to one's weblog").
