All i need is a little resolve.

Ok this is the first time i've ever even considered new years resolutions. But given how ill i made myself feel today it's a good year to start.

Allow me to introduce the Fuck-up Jar. An adaptation of the swear jar. As alcohol is clearly my biggest problem and the reason for the resolutions most of it is to do with alcohol. From now on a jar will sit on my desk and every time I do something that is listed below, the associated fine is to be placed in the jar. I want to say that i can't ever have the money back.. like donate it to charity or something but i think thats asking too much of me. Maybe it'll sit in the jar until i've stopped having to put money in it and i feel it is no longer required. Then i can spend it on something useful... who knows.


Drinking "too much" (without a good reason such as 21st, st pats day etc.) - $50
Drinking twice that (like last night) - $100 (no exceptions)
Jogging/walking less than 10km per week - $10 per km less than 10km
Overdue uni work - $10 per day late (weekends count as 1 day)

I drink too much. Thats it. I'm done with the pub scene... unless there is a big group going i'm not.... It's pathetic going to flannies every thursday and just talking to the people i know there and meet there. For the most part these people are freaks and losers.

Went to kelly's in cranny last night. Saw kasie again for the first time in yonks. And dear lord!! Her freind was trying to pick me up! It was like gah... Then kasie was cracking the shits at me over it and im like wtf. It's not like i'm even seeing kasie so why get pissed. And she was calling her freind every name under the sun.

Oh well that's their problem now.

Last night was rach's 20th, it feels like forever since i last spoke to her. I really miss talking to her too. We can talk for hours about nothing... well if we're allowed to that is. I tried really hard to get along with trav. And for the most part i think it went well. I even bought him a drink.

We left fair early.. like 1.30... tried to leave at 1 but then amy picked up :P so we got stuck waiting for her.

Rach called me when she got home, after i got dropped off cos amy was driving us all. And after 5 mins i called her back because she has credit and would run out fast... I was trying to keep the conversation to 10 mins because my last phone bill was over $300 :( ffs... which i havent paid yet... but anyways after 15 mins had passed i was like look i better go i'll talk to ya later, and conveniently enough trav must have been walking down the hallway and rach was like shit i gotta go bye and hung up... makes ya feel really dodgy hey.... so anyways i checked the last call duration to make sure it wasnt too long... and that 15 minutes was actually 55... :-o

On thursday two guys tried to steal my car when i was only away from it for 5 mins... confused and scared the crap outta me at the time. It was like 1-2pm at carrum downs shopping centre and absolutely packed... nobody said a word to the guys. I thought at first i left teh doors open and they just were looking for stuff to loot... and once i made sure they had nothing on them i let them walk because there wasnt much i could do
but then i went back to the car and noticed the window was broken, and so was the ignition barrel for that matter.. only a matter of about a minute before they woulda had it started... i went after them in mums car, called the cops and gave them a description, but they got away. cops fingerprinted my car though.. $130 to replace the window. Think it'll be a little while before i replace the tint on it though... sigh... kinda broke now

What did you hope to learn about here?

yesterday we had a bbq at mine and i drank a little too much for a little bbq thing... and then decided to go to the pub after... and drank a little too much again... so combined i drank alot too much and today i havent been feeling the best.

I'm reading a book again today. John Grisham's The Last Juror. It's pretty good actually. I might have to start reading... especially while i have all this tiem on holidays...

There's this chick at work on the front end who comes and talks to me most times when she works at the same time as me.. and a couple of people have told me she likes me apparently... and the other night she is like its my bday in two tweeks.. i expect a bday message
and me being busy and not paying attention to whats going on says.. i dont have you number...

Well as you can gather now i do and she has mine lol... I didnt mean it i swear... But she is 17 and i go to uni with her brother so yeh... well 2 in two weeks i guess....

That chick i mentioned from work. Ash. She was messaging me last night when I went to the movies with meagan and was asking if i wanted to come to the movies with her and her freind... at the same time i was there with meagan... I think i'll try not to lead her on at all, because hell knows i'm good at that it seems. That is assuming she does like me. Which i'd assume so if she is msging me alot and asking me to the movies.

So anyways, as mentioned above. I was at the movies with meagan with meagan, well with meagan, sam and brenton. Whom are meagans freinds. Saw 007 in gold class... Gold class so isn't worth $30... but it was kinda cool. For anybody who hasnt been, you can order food and drink and they'll bring it out to ya at intervals during the movie and you have a little table to eat it on. The seats are big reclining arm chairs with buttons at the side to make it go up and down so you can decide exactly how reclined you wanna be... It's a wonder I didnt fall asleep.

Last night myself and sean got a slab of grolsh... Now we dont have a slab of grolsh. Scott drank two of em though. So had 11 beers albeit they were only 250ml ones.

Hmm I did promise an update on sunday or monday, although i'm sure nobody noticed it never happened. But here it is, better late than never.

So I did go to the movies with rachel on saturday... It was actually really cool, got along quite well. Then there's the awkward goodbye at the end. She followed me to my car basically when i had to leave cos she was hanging around frankston. I didn't know what to do, since it was like a date it's like obligatory to kiss at the end. But I am too scared for anything like that. And that would force an ultimatum upon me. Because once you kiss, it's kinda hard to go back to being just freinds unless you were already freinds to begin with. And then it's like your falling into possible dating and I dunno, I guess I'd just like to get to know a prospective girlfreind before the ultimatum.

And what reminded me to post this is that I went out with her last night. She took me to see the christmas lights about, I've never actually went around and looked at them. It was really nice. There is a house at the top of oliver's hill that let people walk into their garden and they have spent way too much time and effort putting tons of christmas lights around. Was cool that they let people come in and walk about looking at it all. After looking around we went down to seaford beach and ended up sitting at a bench at the end of the pier. Again it was really nice. But then when I got home I sorta hurriedly got out the car to avoid the awkward silence. And I realised I had so I messaged her once I was in bed just saying thanks for the night and sorry about the awkward silence (because we had spoke about it after last time)... But apparently it's "too weird" now...
